Cena is at it again - hosting another fun cooking class. Join her in welcoming John and Halee Wepking - the head chefs of Dewey’s Café (on the square in Lancaster) into the Driftless Kitchen. When the cooking is done, the fun continues as you dine together Above the Market.

Menu

Snacks: Radishes with butter and sea salt.

First Course: Techniques - proper vegetable blanching, hollandaise sauce, how to poach an egg.)

* Asparagus with hollandaise sauce and a poached egg.

Main Course: whole roasted  pork loin with salsa verde.

Sides:

* Spring watercress salad

* Whole grain salad w/ farro

Dessert: Rhubarb ginger galette w/ fresh whipped cream
