Join Chef Cena on the first Tuesday of the month in Feb, March and April as she shares several of her soup making tips and tricks!
- Tues. Feb. 2nd - Back to the Basics class will focus on knife skills, making a mire poix soup starter, and other basic soup making techniques - featuring Lentils and Greens Soup.
- Tues. Mar. 1st - Soup and Salad class will create an Italian inspired soup and salad combination.
- Tues. April 5th - Something Exotic class will share interesting food history, while creating an African inspired soup
Each class will finish with a dinner party “Above the Market”
Fee for each class is $20 per person and can be paid in advance or at the door (sign up for all three and save $5).
