Ingredients

Garlic (minced)

Onion (chopped)
2 c
Celery (chopped)

potato (chopped)
3 c
Carrot (chopped)
8 c
vegetable stock/water (to boil vegetables in)
3 c
cheese (shredded)
3 c
whole milk
1 c
flour (sifted)
24 oz
Beer

Instructions

Saute onions, garlic, celery for 3 minutes

Add the rest of the vegetables and the stock/water

Bring to a boil and cook till vegetables are tender

Strain the liquid

For Cheese Sauce
Combined beer, flour, milk, and cheese into a sauce pan. Cook slowly and continue stirring until cheese is melted.

Add cheese sauce to the vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste

**** can also add ham or bacon if desired
