Bok Choy (rinsed and chopped, including stems)
1⁄2 c
crimini mushrooms (sliced)
1 clv
Garlic (minced)
1 t
Ginger root (grated)
1 T
sesame oil
1 T
Cooking sherry (Optional)
   
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet; add garlic and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Add ginger root and bok choy and cherry or a little water.
Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
