Easy to make Breakfast Snack that can be made ahead in a larger batch. Everyone in the family will love.
Mix together the oats, flax meal, almond butter, whey protein, and agave/honey. Then add the mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruit (after they have been through the food processor). Finally, add in the Chocolate or Carob chips and cinnamon powder to taste. Mix well and roll them into 1 inch balls. Put them in an oiled glass cake pan and refrigerate until you want to take them out to eat. Can be frozen.
Additional ingredients could be added or substituted. Some suggestions include shredded coconut, coconut oil, and peanut butter instead of almond butter.
