Description

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 c
walnuts (ground in blender)
1⁄2 c
Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
1 lb
chard or other greens (rinsed, steamed, and chopped in a blender)
3 clv
Garlic (minced)
1  
small onion (finely chopped)
1⁄4 c
Carrot (grated)
1⁄4 c
broccilli stems OR celery (finely chopped)
1 1⁄4 c
whole wheat bread crumbs
1 T
tarragon, thyme, basil, or cilantro (chopped)

eggs (beaten)
1⁄4 t
black pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 6 large patties. Add olive oil to a frying pan and cook the patties, browning each side, about 8 to 10 minutes per side. Be sure patties are heated throughout.
