A healthy refreshing fresh summer salad.
To use cabbage as a bowl, cut with a sharp knife and scoop out the center of the cabbage, leaving 1/4 inch for the shell.
Take remaining cabbage and chop very fine. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except walnuts.
Stir in dressing and refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
When ready to serve, stir in walnuts and sprouts.
