A refreshing twist on regular salsa, perfect for summer.

mangos (peeled, seeded, and diced)

cucumber (peeled, seeded, and diced)

jalapeno peppers (seeded and finely chopped)

large onion (finely diced)

Garlic (minced)
1⁄4 c
chopped fresh cilantro

lime juice
 
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Stir together the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
