Often used as garnish, kale is rich in B vitamins, folate, fiber, iron and tastes Great!
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add onions, garlic, portabella mushrooms and saute 5 minutes, until onions are soft.
Add kale, peppers and enough water to coat bottom of pan. cover and steam on high for 3 minutes, until kale wilts.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
