kale (rinsed and chopped)
1 c
crimini mushrooms (sliced)
1 pk
tempeh (broken into bite sized pieces)
1 clv
Garlic (minced)
  ds
seasame oil

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a skillet; add tempeh and cook until browned.
Remove tempeh and set aside.
If necessary, add a little more oil. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are soft. Add kale and tempeh, cover and cook until kale wilts. Serve hot.
