Substitute broccoli, green beans or any other hearty greens for this yummy, healthy side dish.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet; add tempeh and cook until browned.
Remove tempeh and set aside.
If necessary, add a little more oil. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are soft. Add kale and tempeh, cover and cook until kale wilts. Serve hot.
