white sugar 1⁄2 t
salt 1⁄2 t
ground black pepper 12 oz
cherry tomatoes (OR chop up regular tomatoes) 2
cucumbers 2
green onions (sliced) 1⁄2 c
basil (chopped)Instructions
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and basil. Toss evenly. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
