Easy to make Breakfast Snack that can be made ahead in a larger batch. Everyone in the family will love.

Almond Butter
1 c
Agave Necter or Raw Honey
1 c
Rolled Oats (can be gluten free)
1 c
Ground Flax Seed Meal
1 c
Chocolate or Carob Chips
1 c
Mixed nuts and - or seeds (run through food processor before adding to the rest of the mix)
1 c
Dried Cranberries (could use dried fruit of your choice)
1 c
Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (can use any high quality protein powder)

cinnamon powder (to taste)

Instructions

Mix together the oats, flax meal, almond butter, whey protein and honey all together first. Then I add the mix of nuts and seeds (after they have been through the food processor) and dried fruit.Finally add in the chocolate chips. Mix well and roll them into balls - approx. 1 tablespoon. Put them in a glass cake pan and refrigerate until you want to take them out to eat.

Notes

Additional ingredients could be added or substituted. Some suggestions include shredded coconut, coconut oil, and peanut butter instead of almond butter.
