spinach leaves (bunch= big handfuls)

bosc or red pears (sliced and dipped in lemon juice)
1⁄4 c
slivered almonds (toasted)

Gorgonzala Cheese (optional)

Instructions

Either line individual plates with Baby spinach, top with 1/4 to1/2 of the pears, some almonds and gorgonzala cheese or put spinach in a large serving bowl and top with remaining ingrediants

Notes

Optional: Serve Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side
