Refreshing side salad.
Either line individual plates with baby spinach, top with 1/4 or 1/2 of the pears, some almonds and gorgonzola cheese or put spinach in a large serving bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
Serve Balsamic vinaigrette on the side:
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar (or to taste)
Shake it up and serve.
