Tastes like summer!
4 cFresh Basil Leaves (Packed)
1⁄3 cOlive Oil
1⁄4 cgrated fresh parmesan cheese
1⁄4 cpine nuts or walnuts (toasted and chopped)
In a food processor blend basil, garlic and olive oil. Toss with cooked pasta or cooked potatoes. Add Parmesan Cheese, nuts and salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature.
