The DM's award winning vegetarian chili here for you :)
In a large sauce pan, saute the garlic, peppers, and onions in canola oil.
Add in the cumin and stir well
Then dump in the water, tomatoes, and the beans
Bring to a boil and then add in the cayenne
Simmer for 20-30 more minutes
Turn off the heat and stir in the cocoa powder
Can use fresh tomatoes and beans instead of the canned.
