Description

I love this simple comfort dish with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Ingredients

firm tofu
1  
Onion (chopped)
1⁄4 c
mushrooms (chopped (optional))
1 T
Nutrional Yeast
1⁄4 c
wheat germ
2 T
Canola oil
1⁄2 t
thyme
  pn
paprika

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain tofu and crumble in a bowl. Mix all ingredients, except paprika, together-use your hands as the mixture is stiff. Pat mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
