Carrot (Grated)

Purple Cabbage (Thinly sliced)

mango (Peeled, pitted and diced)

Jalapeno pepper (Seede and finely chopped)

cilantro (Coarsely chopped)

lime juice
1⁄2 T
Agave nectar or other sweetener (Add to your desired sweetness)

Toasted sesame oil

Tamai sauce

almonds (Toasted)

Instructions

Combine bok choy, carrot, cabbage, mango, jalapeno and cilantro in a large bowl. Add lime juice, sweetener, sesame oil and tamari; toss to combine. Garnish with almonds.
